Men’s Golf

The Nebraska men’s golf team has produced an impressive tradition of success. Since its inception in 1935, the Huskers have made seven NCAA Regional appearances, including a 14th-place finish at the 1999 NCAA Championship.

In 2001, Head Coach Bill Spangler took the reins and hasn’t looked back, leading the team to eight tournament titles and 28 top-three team finishes. He has also coached six individual medalists during his tenure.

Women’s Golf

Coach Robin Krapfl has been a leader in shaping the  history and tradition of the Nebraska women’s golf program since her days as a  Husker golfer in the 1980s. Krapfl has guided Nebraska to 11 NCAA Regional appearances and three NCAA Championship bids since 1994.

Nebraska owns one of the richest academic traditions in  all of collegiate golf. The Huskers lead the nation with 57 NGCA Scholastic  All-American, including four-time honorees Jackie Beste, Allison Stewart and JC Stevenson.
