Relaunched in 2018, the Huskers Athletic Fund (HAF) is the official fundraising arm of Nebraska Athletics. Through the generosity of HAF members, Nebraska Athletics is able to provide all student-athletes with the resources and support they need to be successful in academics, athletics and life.
Membership levels are based upon total annual giving to Nebraska Athletics, which incorporates donations connected to philanthropic gifts, tickets, parking, premium seating, capital projects and the Devaney Legacy Society. Membership benefits will run from July 1 – June 30 of the fiscal year.
With student-athlete experience costs rising nationally, Nebraska Athletics depends on investors, who understand the need for continuous advancement. Your support is essential to recruit student-athletes, who compete for championships and earn college degrees.

"To the donors of PEO, the money you invested in the PEO program will not go to waste. This investment is unlike any other because it is an investment in my education, and with this education, I will be able to meet my future career and personal goals. I promise you all, I will get through this program and donate to the PEO program just as you have done. I cannot thank you enough for your contributions and this unmatched opportunity."Craig Driver – Track and Field Letterwinner, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Doctor of Pharmacy (Omaha, Neb.)
"PEO was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. As an unpaid intern, PEO allowed me to solely focus on my work instead of worrying about how I was going to make money. I gained confidence and experience working with underserved youth and will use this knowledge as I work to become a juvenile probation officer."Breunna McCarty – Track and Field Letterwinner, Boys & Girls Clubs of Lancaster County, Youth Development Professional (Lincoln, Neb.)

Many organizations will match contributions to nonprofit entities such as the Nebraska Athletic Department. Your organization's matched gift will increase your lifetime giving status and further support our mission to provide the best student-athlete experience in the nation. Under the new tax reform, organizations cannot match contributions connected to tickets or priority points. All philanthropic gifts that are tax deductible are eligible for matched giving. Please work with your benefits office and mail all matching gift forms to our office:

This information is not intended to provide or should not be relied on for tax, legal or accounting advice. Please consult your tax advisor(s) concerning the application of tax laws to your particular situation.
Yes! If the fund is not associated with tickets/parking, you may decline priority points to improve tax deductibility. Please write this on your donor statement or enter in the comments section when donating online.
Nebraska Athletics uses this system to award tickets and seat locations for away games, postseason events, single game ticket purchases, and to assign time slots for improvements of season tickets during Seat Yourself.
